Got my letter today. Final notice. Never got the first notice. No information as to whom it is from. It looks like a scam to get you to call the number 888-717-2959.
This is a call back number on an unsolicited, unidentified attempt to contact me about our property. Enclosed with it is a "Allocated Waiver" of $199.00. It was mailed from zip code 33431. There is no financial ins**tution listed anywhere on the document. There is no en**ty listed period. Don't call this number. It's a scam!
