Pretended to be Kia trying to sell me extended warranty on my car which already under warranty.
Fck these low lives, I got full warranty on a brand new vehicle, and they sent me some bull about factory warranty running out. There’s a special place in hell for these people and anybody like them.
Received so called \"Time Sensitive\" Letter with no Company Name or Address concerning Factory Warranty. Vehicle is four Months Old and has Three Years on Original Factory Warranty.
Bottom Line: Nothing but a total Scam. Brian Capps, if he exists is a fraud!
