This is a scam , I called thinking it was eBay customer service which I got off google and the guy had a lot of background noise sounded like he had an Indian accent and he asked me to pick up when he called me back from a different numberWhich was 805 254-8409 When you call back he offered me a refund and told me to download an app off the Apple store called any desktop remote desktop after I did he hung up. Sounded like he had an Indian accent. They just want to hack your phone
