I received a call stating, \"This is our final attempt to serve you a notice of action regarding to an investigation against you. For more details on the case or to change its active service status please call us back at 888-609-9452. That number again is 888-609-9452. Failure to contact them immediately will result in further legal action against you.\" No information was provided as to who was calling. This is either a scam or har**sment.

They rang once, hung up and left a voicemail Scam saying legal action is taken against me.
Left me two voicemails Fromm an automated voice recording stating “ “Please call us to notify when you\'re showing that this is our second attempt to be made to serve you a notice of action pertaining to an investigation being finalized against you for further details on the case or to change its active service status please call us back at 888-609-9452 that number again is 888-609-9452 please reference case number 240 1-0803 failure to contact them immediately will result in further legal action against you…”
They have called me concerning someone else and used my number and refuse to remove my number!
I have received two voicemails from this number threatening me with legal action if I don\'t respond immediately. They refer to case# 100 1125 78 712. I appreciate your helping get rid of these terrible predators.
Been calling me since 2025 , I think if something was going to happen it would have by now, I believe this to be a scam

left a message on my friend\'s phone vm sayn is the 2nd attempt to serve m3 with a legal action being filed against me & failure to respond will cause an additional problem for me???? idk how they connected my friends telephone company & info with my name to begin with. these people leave no name so I think it\'s someone trying to get money from you like your friends I trouble with the law ir something !! maybe I\'ll file my own legal action against them for violation if my privacy and leaving threats and liable slander suit on top of that!!

They called left some message. Didn\'t tell me who there were and what they were calling about.
This is a spam and fraud call. They won’t stop calling. I told him to stop calling and they still do.
