Received a call from 408-987-6330 with a generic message threatening a motion (legal action) against me to close/freeze all of my accounts tied to my name and/or social security number. They demanded I call (888) 599-2057 to avoid further action against me. They did not address me by name, or indicate in any way their legitimacy or that they even knew any information about me.
