said they were amazon customer service..called about fraudulent activity on bank card which i don’t have an amazon account to get refund and stop payment on purchase..they had me download quick support app so they could connect to my phone and walk me through the process of getting money back into my acct and compensate me..hung up several times trying not to do refund and had me to “raise a request†by cash app to $reesahward who is actually jimmy ward with no picture and had me to click pay instead of request. that took another $100 out of my account plus he was able to watch me maneuver through my phone. i requested the $100 back through cash app and he says it’s a server and he can’t send it back..he’s supposedly the refund department manager name alexander green id# 1005 from the amazon head quarters in seattle washington..took my last $100!!!!!!
