Number called from Dothan Alabama but they say they are with Clay County. Dothan is in Houston County. It's also for my ex that I don't and haven't had a damn thing to do with in over 10 yrs. My daughter received the same message per Batum. If you call the number it plays music. No hello Clay county depart of so and so. Lived in Alabama so I know how they answer their phones.
