A busy signal is all I get. It makes me suspicious. At the very least its a very poor business practice.
I was given this number by a rep of Trusted ID as being "Customer Care" for Trusted ID. For 2 days every time I call I get a busy signal. What business these days uses a busy signal. At the very least you get a robo answer directing you to hold on or call later due to heavy volume of calls. They are representing Equifax who has recently been hacked.
