It was sent via text explaining that my credit card was used to purchase a treadmill. It further stated that if I did not purchase said treadmill then I was to call this number. No such purchase was made nor did it show up on my credit card.

When you tell them you did not place an order they want to know your name, address, credit card number so they can correct the mistake. When you tell them they should have that information since they have already shipped the order they hang up. They also use phone #418-474-5689.
