Called and similar to others where they say they are able. They sound convincing but if Microsoft was having an issue they would not try and sell software. Stopped call uplugged computer from E-Net until can do full scan. Also changed all my p**swords via another device.

I got a pop up on my iPad stating my PC was locked because it was infected with a Trojan ***nWare. Gave me this number to call Apple tech support. When I called, he didn’t answer stating it was Apple, and they always do! Red flag went off and I hung up.
I am getting a message " important security message from Microsoft Defender that my computer is locked up. (It is). Call Microsoft Support at 888-589-3464. If it us a private cell phone number, I **sume it is fraud.
