Fraud. I needed my ADT system fixed and they told me ADT no longer serviced my area which was a direct lie. They told me I had to switch to Vivent to have my system serviced. They then sent Vivent to my house and they told me ADT no longer serviced my area and charged me $1,100 for a new alarm system that I did not need. They will no longer answer my phone calls, I have been blocked.
