Seem to be scam debt collectors. Show a phone number similar to yours to get you to pickup so you think the call is local or someone you know. Phone number comes back a land line in your vicinity owned by XO Communications who Verison bought out 7 years ago and finished porting everything over 4 years ago in 2020. Wrong company name. Verison provides business fiber service. Could be AI. Could be playing family member debts or other scams. Play court dates, filing. You can tell they are in a big call center with many voices in the back ground. Reading from a script and being very vague. Predatory.
