DO NOT pay anything to this COMPANY they have your information and its more than likely a scam. Said I owe a old Well Fargo account and that they were taking me to court. I told them I will call Wells Fargo Directly and they started to get made and hang up . I called back a few times told them there were fraud and I was calling the police.
Has called 3 of my family members stating that I need to contact them because of a pending civil case. Also state that I never responded to letter of intent. Used names Ashley Miller and Michael Caston. Scam.
States that I have civil litigation pending against me. States I did not respond to a notice of intent (I never received one). Also called my brother and my nephew.
