Someone called me from this number claiming to be Jeff Davis and that there was a complaint made against me and that I need to call their complaints department and all that was left was that number 888-328-1628
I've received 5 unknown caller id calls, but today they left this number to call. They indicated their name was Jason David and it was regarding a complaint regarding me. He did get my name/and old married last name correct, but never indicated what the complaint was about or the company name, only to contact the legal department at 888-328-1628 to avoid further escalation.
This caller said, "This is Shelly Thompson. We received a complaint for Sandy Smith. Sandy needs to call the department. File at 888-328-1628."
The caller calls first on an unknown number, but when leaving a voicemail, this is what it says: “Um, yes, this is Linda. I'm calling to follow up on a complainer received in our office for a Deborah Hines to discuss this matter further Deborah Hines needs to contact the department. File at 888-328-1628 and when calling in reference to file number _â _â _â _ with letters DH 2474370H. contact us need to be made immediately to avoid further actions…†A few things to note: 1. They never specify what office or department they’re established in. 2. I know quite literally nobody named Deborah. 3. A reverse search on “888-328-1628†shows the name “CGreen Services.†That’s nowhere near what they’re trying to sound like. The name sounds like a landscaping company, not a place that files complaints.
