A James from HR Capital claiming to have a litigation document for me from two lawyers of Harold Razinski and Carl or Karl Frankavick from New York State. Claiming that these lawyers of purchased a payday loan from Advance America with my name on it. They are claiming that they are suing me. I stated I want to know the address of the these lawyers, James reply with "Customer Privacy Act" he can't not tell the address, I asked how about a the State, his reply is New York. He (James) never asked for my address. I continue to explain that I never had a loan through Advance America never, and I have a written proof from Advance America.

Called landline saying they are Nationwide Courier Services from Broomfield, CO, and we must be at our residence from 11a-1pm. Left a package ID and used one resident’s correct full name. We called back and they guessed a number of incorrect addresses. Potential scam.
