This is a scam about cell phone payments
I received an email stating my loan payment failed. I do not have any dealings with Citizens One Loan. I am unsure who the vendor is...and am unsure how to go about investigating any co-brokering detail if Citizens One is underlying to another creditor. I will be calling BBB for information.
