I keep getting phone calls and a few emails saying I must contact them to arrange for return of equipment on my inactive account. Opened a case via Spectrum customer service who of course confirmed my account is active and there is no other equipment on my account other than the 3 being used and billed for. I also then called this number, talked to a human who came back and said she confirmed my account was active, no equipment requiring turn in, would update their records and in the meantime ignore any further contact. Still getting recorded messages so I've simply blocked the phone number.

Left a message on my answering machine about being from Spectrum and about my charges for disability? It very hard to understand everything said, that's the most I could make out.

scam, contacted me via phone and email "responding to my inquiry" that i never made.

Said they were Spectrum cable, I asked about my bill being off because I turned in equipment. Offered to lower my bill for the next 3 months.

I just received a call where Kristen stated that Spectrum received my letter in the mail. I didn't write a letter to Spectrum. She stated that I needed to call back and gave me some sort of code.
