Make sure to register and report every call to the donotcall registry. Report the number left in the voicemail, NOT the number they call from, because they spoof numbers. The number they are trying to get you to call back is the scam that needs to be stopped.
I get a call almost every day from these people from different numbers that you cannot text to; I am on the national do not registry.
