Have gotten several letters for final notice on Home warranty with the Lender Info as MR COOPER. I do not have a home warranty nor do I have any idea who Mr Cooper may be. This must be a scam.

This is a call back number on a unsolicited mailing for a home warranty. No company name or address is on the mailing just 1-877-670-3352 number. It was mailed from Sacramento, CA, permit # 1935. It's similar to other unsolicited mailings for home warranty I have received. SCAM! DON'T CALL THE NUMBER!

Possible scam fraud using letters to try to sell repair replacement coverage for A/C Refrigerator...etc. Falsely stating "Lender Name" warranty about to expire. Warning about final attempt to notify... Number has BBB warning....do not call

The mail I received claim they are a home warranty company. They only have their number 1-877-670-3352 on the letter, but no company name or address. Another telephone number they have in the bottom of the letter for Hispanics is 1-888-688-1530.

It was on a form letter sent to me using West Gate BK for Home Warranty Services. I have no loan with these people nor have I ever had Home Warranty Services. It must be desperate times for these scammers sending out official looking notices and lying about lenders, as it must be for the 12th largest bank in Nebraska to be behind this fraud.

Bogus letter, from a bogus company, informing me that my bogus, non-existent warranty may be expiring! Ha ha ha! I'm not calling this bogus company at 877-670-3352 since this is a bogus effort to SCAM anyone who responds to this BOGUS letter! Everyone beware of these flakes and their effort to rip people off!

Received Scam letter that Home Warranty was expiring or soon to be expiring. I looked up phone number and no names are **sociated with this number. Letter says Property is secured by "Caliber HM Loans INC" which is not accurate.

Received a letter for a "home warranty" scam.
(877) 670-3352 is the contact number - which goes to voice mail for the "home warranty division" of an unknown company.
This number is NOT listed anywhere Google can find.
