I received a call from 832-345-5176 the girl asking if i would be available to have legal documents delivered to me the next day and told me to call 877-643-3420 when i asked what this was in reference to. Course it took several times to try to understand her. The guy i spoke to said this was Wade Sanders Law Office spoke to a Jason Maverick. Said that it is to collect a credit card debt with Direct Merchants Bank for Capital One that was charged off from 2001 for $7k and with interest for 5 years is now $21k. He explained this is going to court and I am being sued. Its not on my credit report so how would I even know about it much less who ever has not been able to contact me due to moving multiple times since. The only information he gave was the amount and last 4 of the card. Yet this is from 24 years ago charged off. How is this even legal and how do I know this is real?

scam call from a wage garnishment company which was BS

They have been calling about once every few weeks saying I\'m being sued for not paying a credit card from 15 years ago. Different law firm and case number. If it was legit, as many times as they have been hung up on, only to call the house, wouldn\'t I have seen something in the mail? I\'ve had the credit card company almost 20 years. It\'s not like I don\'t keep tabs on everything. Also ran court records and all. Nothing shows up.

I received a call from 717-276-8084 on 5/14/2025 LM stating her name was Aya and she was calling to follow up with a complaint received at their office for \"\" said my name wrong/wrong spelling with a reference number and documents that needed to be sent. I would have to be available to sign for the delivery of documents, they were going to attempt to reach me at my place of employment. To avoid further action being taken I was to call 877-643-3420 call was recorded for proof of effort.

So, this same number called my husband Friday 5/09/25 an left this message for me: \" This is Sam and I\'m calling to follow up with a complain received in our office for miss (my Name) us is a reservation (my reference #) document regarding your file a prepared to be sent out will need to be available at site for delivery the issue agent pull this bash confirmation and if you are able to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your employment in order to stop further action for be taken you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 877-643-3420 again 877-643-3420 this call has been law that recorded as proof of ever it\'s me need to an audit by you thank you. I called back to let them know it was totally illegal to leave a message at my husband number who is not even authorize to deal with my financial the lady\'s name was Ruby and she was very arrogant I do not have the debt she claims that I have. I look to old credit card that can match that number she gave me, and nothing pull my credit report and nothing. She told me I give you into Monday to figure it out and if you felt to response will take legal action. She made my day hell Friday I hope she can sleep at night try to steal from the poor.

The number that actually called me was 7043862080, I was told to call the 8776433420....The woman that called stated that her name was Martina Sanchez, she was belligerent and threatening. She also doesn\'t speak good English and talks 90 miles an hour. Well she met her match when she called me. The conversation was PURE IGNORANCE on her part, and I told her so. I told her she sounded like she swam across the canal and was apprehended in the middle. That how pissed off I was and if I could have got my hands on the top of her head she would be bobbing for apples in the middle of the canal. She stated she was hired to track me down, yes to track me down. The business that contracted her told her to relay the message that they needed to serve me papers they could do this at my home or at my \"Place where I go to work\", but they prefer not to put me in embarr**sing way with my boss. I started laughing at her. She said why you joking on this conversation? I said is your secret agent \"Bank of America\" she said who? I repeated she said no it\'s WSO & **sociates. I said then why are you using a voip number keying in Bank of America. She ignorantly replied I don\'t know what voip is. Then I told her I had no intentions of calling 8776433420 and told her to f-off. and I hung up on her. She immediately called me back and I hit decline and she left me a message which I will be forwarding to FCC, FBI, local authorities, and the State prosecutor of North Carolina. This is the steps that are to be taken when you\'re notified by companies that a backdoor on their systems had no p**sword, weak p**sword and the system was hacked. In the past 28 months I have received 5 different companies that had security issues and all of my personal information was exposed on the dark we\'d in the USA and so far 9 different foreign countries.

When googled the company is located at 15354 Fiorenza Circle Del Rey Beach, Florida according to the state of Florida Division of Corporations this company is in inactive status. **tle: Manager Warren S. Odette according to google search this individual is deceased as of 6/20/2022.
