I get messages from an unknown number telling me to call there is legal matter
They called and said a suit was being filed against me. They did not say who was filling the suit or give me any other information.
Received voice message from this number saying a file number and his name of James johnson. Said someone filed action against me and to call to handle.
Claims that you are being sued and that papers are to be delivered. Sued for a past debt that you already know it’s been paid by the VA. THEY CLAIM THEY ARE A COMPANY CALLED CLAIMS AND LITIGATION EVEN A FAKE FILE NUMBER. I CALLED THE HOSPITAL WHERE THE BILL IS DUE NONE ARE DUE. THE ADDRESS GIVEN BY THEM IS A POST BOX IN CALIFORNIA.
