They used only my first name asking for me, and then asked to call them back at that number.

Both my 18 year old son and I received this phone call. We weren't near our phones so they went into voice mail. I decided to call back and I got a voice recording, Saying" Sorry all of our agents are busy at this time, please hold and one of our agents will take your call when they are free". First off, it never says what the name of the company is, so why and the heck would I leave a message or wait? I just hung up and blocked their number.
