Left a voicemail with an attorneys name, case number and a phone number on my mothers cell. Odd since im a grown man and that number has never been used in **sociation with me in any way. I called and was asked my ss. I said i wouldn't confirm anything because i wasn't sure if its legit or not. I was told i would get served again. Waiting to see if that happens.
A woman called me from this number 786-652-5193 very nasty threated me because I was asking her to repeat so that I can write down what she was raging about. She got downright nasty and started saying she's sending this to the hospital. I asked her what hospital? Then I asked what HSBC merchant account she refused to tell me. She began again with the threats. I again asked for her name she stated I'm not telling you anything. She then hung up the phone on me.
Person said I had a charge card Household Capital One with 1762$ charges on it Late fees and interest 5295$ Total amount due 13000$ with lawyers fees and court cost. They said they tried serve papers to old address and if they could not serve papers I would have an arrest warrant taken out
I was called by a person stating they were from the Tarrant County Processor's office and that they had tried to serve me @ my home and gave me # 877-401-6008 and a case #. When you call this #, a man puts you on hold then transfers you to a woman who states they are calling from an Attorney's office and they have where I am being sued by someone and provided me with last # of a SS# which I said that was not me, but did not provide my# and told them it was a FREUD/SCAM.
