They claim to be from State medical insurance offering zoom or phone call physician appointment scheduled appointment and never called seems to be a scam to extract information I searched the number and does not seem to be DHS at all
Claimed to be from AHCCCS about a new program providing in-home physicals and vitals checks to all members, but wouldn\'t listen when I said I preferred to have my primary care provider do that. I don\'t know for sure it\'s a scam but I can\'t think of a legitimate reason to pay for a home visit to cover a service already being provided elsewhere.
