They call and then do speak when you answer then they hang up.
I put my p**sword in for my Walmart card on the Walmart app. It said I was locked out and to call this number to talk with a person to fix it. When I did it was a automated pitch for a free trip to Florida or the Bahamas. I hung up soon as I realized it was a fraud. It did this a few weeks ago and Walmart has no clue what it was, and my account was not closed.
