These ppl are criminals, it\'s like dealing with terrorism. Why doesnt the laws shut ppl like this down? Why is it legal to harr**s ppl in this country? I don\'t owe debts old or new I\'m old. They harr**s me I now just turned them into ELDERLY AFFAIRS for HARR**sEING THE ELDERLY!
THEY DON\'T SAY WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT I OWE A BILL FOR. THEY JUST KEEP THREATENING ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION IF I DON\'T CONTACT THEM AND PAY ON ACCOUNT. THEY GIVE AN ACCOUNT NUMBER. THEY THEN SEND A TEXT SAYING MY SETTLEMENT IS NULL AND VOID OR PRIOR CONTACT HAS BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL AND WE STILL HAVE NO RESOLVE. FEES AND PENALTIES ARE PENDING. THEN TEXT SAYING DEADLINE FOR YOUR SETTLEMENT HAS EXPIRED OR YOUR SETTELMENT OFFER IS NULL AND VOID. ACCOUNT BALANCE IS OVERDUE CALL THIS NUMBER FOR REINSTATEMENT. I DON\'T KNOW IF IT IS LEGIT OR NOT BECAUSE THEY DON\'T SAY WHO THEY ARE.
Keep getting calls from this phone number. stating overdue bill also from same number stating need to claim my settlement. Sent claim number MB2489350. Not sending messages to my phone, sending messages to my partners phone number.
Tried to have me pay a medical debt, wouldnt tell me the date of service. When they listed by address it was one I have no lived at in 15 years and this is NO WHERE on my credit report.
