Two text msgs one minute apart saying my BoA debit card has been frozen. Why can't the law nail these guys?
Texting me to say my bank card is frozen and asking me to call this number .
Got a text from this number to call because my Bank of America debit card has been shut down. I don’t have any accounts with BofA.
