Person contacted us under a different number like an 865 area code. His number came up because our computer was locked and he said we had a Trojan Virus. He walked me through several steps till he was connected to our computer. Then he said he was going to do a scan. While doing the scan he asked if this happened before and I said yes and I think your the guy we talked to. When I said that he disconnected the phone. I stopped the scanning and by then our computer was not frozen anymore. When I tried to call him back, I received this number; 872-804-1575. Last time this happened we paid about $325 for software security from Elite Cyber Security but supposedly they are Microsoft. I felt like he must have sent the alert, because my wife just got on the computer to print off a document and then the screen froze saying we had a virus. I believe this was a scam
