I received a text message from this number saying it was Cash Net USA. I was suspicious with it not being a toll free number. I man with a foreign accent was on the voice message greeting stating that no one was able to take my call at the moment and to leave my name and number. I dialed the number with my number blocked. I have had this problem several times with different numbers but always a foreign voice.
