This is a scam artist who will get very nasty with you. They will trick you into believing you have a debt that needs to be paid, but when you start asking questions gets extremely aggressive threatening you with being served court papers. I mentioned the Federal Trade Commission and scamming and to send the court papers to my current address in which the caller yelled at me before quickly hanging up.
