This person is trying to call my cousin saying they have a small claims case open on me. They called from an unknown number and left a message to call back on this toll free number with a case reference. The "case reference" doesn't reference an actual court case number though. Not only that, if there are filings on you, a person will have you served and the court itself mails copies. This is a total scam. They knew data like my home address and my cousins relationship. Textbook data mining stuff.
