Consumer services-uses different phone #’s claiming her name is Helen Newman and is needing to talk to me about changes to a unsecured line of credit and repayment options. I don’t answer the phone from unknown numbers, so Helen always leaves a message to call back at 866-915-3232 and give a reference number of 030903 in order to easily look up my case. Today I called the number and a male identifying himself as “Haviar†answered my call back. I asked to speak with Helen Newman and he stated she was unavailable, but he would be happy to **sist me and asked for my reference number I was given. I told him that I have been receiving this same type of phone call for the past three weeks now and each time is from a different phone number and different city and state. I told him that I demand they take my name and phone number off there data base or whatever they have me on and not to call this number again or I would forward the phone numbers and names I have obtained from these phone calls to the federal trade commission. Haviar then asked if my name was Robert and when I told him my name wasn’t Robert, he told me that is all I had to do was tell them my name wasn’t Robert and I would be removed. Haviar was extremely defensive and condescending towards me and started to talk over me in a angry tone. I ended the call be again demanding my number be deleted from their files and hung up. I should also add that I do not have any unsecured line of credit in my name.
