Part of the well known scam where caller pretends to be part of Cigna. The origin number is 314-888-6257. If you refuse to give them info they tell you that you can call Cigna directly at the number being reported here (866) 867-9719. They are trying to get personal data, medical info, etc.
Receiving unwanted or harrassing calls from (866) 867-9719? Report It! You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective.
