Threatening a civil lawsuit. Person they are calling for does not live here but I am not contacting them to state that. Internet states collection agencies can not threaten lawsuits or civil actions.
This is a scam. They don't even say your name when they leave a message or even the name of their office or who to even reference for when you call back.
It was a recording staying they are filing a civil case against me. They didn't even call my phone number to reach me. They called my sister, Mom, and Dad.
