Same, called as Apple Support number after a pop-up saying computer was compromised with Malware. Asked for my phone number, and attempted to help access internet, with spoken cue to hold shift and try to access internet. Asked how many Apple devices I had and if I ever visited financial websites, social media, shopping sites. It became clear he was not from Apple so I started asking questions and he said he would have to leave and would call back in an hour but don't call him. I'm not showing malware with scans, but spent days locking down financial sites, changing all my p**swords and researching.
