this is a debt collector told me everything about 14 years ago debts outstanding without me saying anything about the judgement
Just received a call from this number from a 'Daniel Sanchez process server from BMC Legal' stating a field officer was scheduled to deliver some legal papers and to call them back at that number and reference case number 2023-xxxxx stating it is an urgent matter. Guy who left the message sounded like they were slurring their words. Seems sketchy.
We believe the message from a "process server" trying to find a spouse was a scam. A "case number 2023-xxxxx" was given along with the phone number and indications to call urgently. As soon as I called the number, the person answering immediately asked for the case number. Seems to be a scam to obtain last 4 SSN ? Treat with extreme caution.
