Got a call and texts from this number. They claim that I had a complaint filed against me and wanted to know when I would be home to accept the papers. They can't give you any further information but suggest you call this number. When you call, they give you an amount you need to pay to stop the filing. I asked them for written documentation because I had not received any kind of notice about anything due and they sent me a letter from what looked like a legit law firm but when I looked the firm up online, there was nothing. Total Scam. I am a senior citizen and I guess I'm a target.

Junk text messages coming from this #. They have a very old last name and no other information. Messaging twice the same day. “ we must make contact immediately. Call our office 866-576-4748 for info on your Acct:”

Texting and calling "the deadline for your settlement has expired." Call our office. Multiple texts/calls. As far as I am aware I have healthy accounts with no issues. Not returning calls/texts.

I believe these people are trying to scam
