Told my husband a lawsuit was against him for several thousand dollars from the Bank of America. I have reported this to the fraud dept of the bank.
Says complaint filed against me and I must give them my info to go further! They have mail that was undeliverable. Since I’ve lived at the same address since the 1980s how could my mail have been undeliverable???? SPAM RISK!!!!!!!!
Said I must contact this number immediately because a letter was sent to my last known address and was returned undeliverable. They must have my new address. I must call them. However I have been at this same address since the 80’s so—-WHAT NEW ADDRESS?? Scam!!!!!!!!!!
