This must be a scam from someone using Optumrx as a justification as we are on a do not call from Optumrx and they have **sured me that they are not calling. We get many of these and if we return one, the other end asks for personnel information. We have also had many emails claiming they are Optumrx and we have verified that they have no connection to the perscription company.
Claims to be from “Your Health Plan†then tries to get personal info from you.
Unknown caller no voicemail left
Calls every other day. A recording speaks in Spanish, then in English asks me to say yes or no to my name.
Calls multiple times per day. No caller IF comes up. Very annoying and scary!
