I received the exact same call & voicemail (including background noise) 3x since Mon 5-26-2025. The recorded voice says:
"Of the - Hi, this is Jonathan Fields calling from the underwriting department. You've been prequalified for a personal loan of $55,000 with an estimated monthly payment of $285. Please return my call at 866-457-0045. Again, that's 866-457-0045."

I researched that number on several sites that look up owners - all say
"No owner found" or similar, although usually a location is found.
The caller IDs have been -
(518) 679-0908 Sat 5-31
(585) 575-9870 Thu 5-29
(631) 985-9454 Mon 5-26
- and also the previous calls from other caller IDs.
I block all caller IDs and the 866 # .
