Portfolio recovery, harr**ses at all times of the day to collect on an old debt that they can not legally collect.
Scam / Fraud,,.
it says portfolio recov the phone rings once or twice a day- I don't pick up how can I get rid of this
Bad people keeps calling then hangs up!
