i received an email saying there is a paypal charge and that i need to go to another website: www.rshelp.top and i didnt want to go there because i am not sure if this is paypal. Asked them to send me more information through the mail and she hang up on me. Is this a scam?

Received an email with an amount of $654.92 being authorized from my PayPal account. I no longer have that account. They want me to open a docusign agreement to sign and they give a suspicious email for their fraud department. No thanks!

I checked my PaPal account and no evidence for this transition.
