Said the call was from mainland China
Heard there was a Dominion Power scam. They want to get credit card number.
They have called at least 6 times claiming to be from Dominion Power and will give me a discount. I told them the first time they called that I was not interested, but they continue to call and leave no message.
Hung up when I asked questions.
