Pretending to be a government agency, but actually just soliciting business.
Sent text msg to file my yearly corporate report. Already did it a month ago….. spam!

Send a text to my phone to fill out an LLC information and that number is not valid with the company it’s a scam.
Spam text message. Company is Pauley Holding Company in Hayward Ca
Sent a text to my cell phone, on Sunday, 01/16/2022, indicating that the official Biennial Statement (at NYS Dept. of State) for my LLC was past due and threatened that my LLC would be suspended if said paperwork wasn't filed, right away. Even included an https web link to click on to file the paperwork for the statement. However, although a Biennial Statement is due every 2 years, since I just filed it 5 months ago, my statement isn't due until the end of August of 2023. I reported this phone number as spam and blocked it. Scammer/Fraudster/Spammer...
