I was trying to reach Navient about my student loans. This number popped on my google search. I phoned the number. They attempted to get me agree to pay them $22,000.00 in order to satisfy student loans. They were sketchy on the phone, so I hung up. Afterward I contacted the appropriate Navient number to resolve my issue. I warned the Navient call center about the fraud potential of the bogus number.
