Spam caller; repeat offender
The “offered†a help with the student loan hardship plan. I don’t have a loan. And of course to get this help I have to call today immediately - creating a sense of urgency is a primary tool for scammers.

You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective.
