These people sent me a bill stating I owed them money for a n urgent care visit. I already paid it off. Then they said they made a mistake and no further action was necessary. But I wanted a refund of the amount I paid. $55.30! They adamantly REFUSED….. I sent all the proof . They still would not REFUND me. I responded to every email they sent, but they are claiming I did not. I have all the emails. This has been going on for over a week! I believe it is my right and their responsibility to REFUND my payment. I am a senior citizen on a very tight budget . I am not in the best of health. Please help me to get my money back. Thank you.
