This call happens frequently by using a different phone number then asking you to call back 858 203 9126. Original call from 228 226 4570. Voicemail; in summary states qualify for hardship loan. Wants a call back to verify eligibility etc. Blocking first number just means can expect another call from another number down the line. FTC likely to do nothing.
