A telemarketer or robocalls calls to tell you your social is being used for illegal activities and urges you to press 1 to speak to an officer. When this so called officer-gets on the line, he starts interrogating you for information and urges you to co-operate to avoid being arrested. With your co-operation he will do everything he can to clear you of the pending charges. Stressing that your **sets are at risk of being confiscated by the courts, you are instructed to with draw your money from your accounts. This where I ended the conversation. I received an identical call from Texas about 6 weeks ago and ended up calling the courthouse. I was told it was a scam. These criminals should be arrested and rot in prison!!
