Pretending to be a court office calling from a blocked / unknown number, but it’s actually a bill collector trying to trick or scare you with the threat of court proceedings. Sounds almost official but the county court wouldn’t be calling from a blocked number or toll free 800 or 855 number asking you to call a private attorney office.
